IDOC stands for Intermediate Document. It is a standardized format for exchanging data within an SAP system or between SAP systems and external systems.
Configuring iDoc for monitoring
In the service grid navigate to the system where you want to enable idoc monitoring and click it
Then click on “IDoc Monitors“
After that click on object menu of “iDoc Error Count Retriever” and “Activate”
