Problem
If the ITC Gateway has problem starting from the IT-Conductor Gateway GUI or the service won't run with symptoms such as:
...
- If successful connection was tested, run the ITC Gateway in manual command line mode to further troubleshoot any error messages:
- cd <ITC Gateway Installation Directory>, e.g. cd C:\program files\it-conductor\agent
- Start the gateway: jre\bin\java -Xmx1000m -Ditconductor.diag=true -jar lib\Gateway.jar
- Note if if runs successfully or errors by checking the Gateway log by navigating to https://service.itconductor.com
- Management → Gateways
- Check Heartbeat Age which should be small in seconds if it's connected and working, if not, check the logs and report the issue to support@itconductor.com
