Distribution Lists is a collection of e-mail or SMS addresses that can be used for notifying people not registered in IT-Conductor as users. Distribution Lists can be used as targets for notification subscription
Creating Distribution List
Navigate to Management → Notifications → Distribution Lists
The list of configured Distribution Lists will be displayed
Press tool icon to create a new list. A form for the new List will be displayed
Fill in the values and click 
You will see the new Distribution List appear in the list, click on the name to edit
Click @ icon to edit the notification addresses
click to add a new target
Fill in the values, selecting the appropriate Provider (SMTP or SMS or custom if configured) and click to save, You will see the new target show up in the list
Repeat the last step to add more targets
