Support

IT-Conductor offers several ways to contact customer support:

Integrated IT-Conductor support tickets

This is the best way to get in-touch with the support team. When logged into IT-Conductor navigate to top-menu, choose Support, then click on Tickets in the drop-down menu:

The Tickets view shows open tickets and lets you report a new ticket by pressing green tool:

Fill in the details and press green tool again:

You can cut-and-paste (Ctrl-C/V) and drag-and-drop images onto the details window

The ticket will be automatically assigned to IT-Conductor support team. You will be notified by e-mail when a response is posted.

E-mail Support

If you don't have an account with IT-Conductor or unable to login you can send e-mails to support@itconductor.com. The support team will get back to you within 2 business hours during the work days (M-F) 8:00 am - 7:00 pm US Pacific Time
