Users' Notification Targets
User can choose and combine multiple methods of notifications. This is accomplished by configuring so called Notification Targets
Navigate to Management → Security → People
Click on a User name to edit
Click on @ icon to edit the notification targets
Adding SMTP target
Click on to add new target
Enter Provider: SMTP
Enter Address: The Email address
Format: Long
Enabled: Checked
Once done, click
Adding SMS target
Click on to add new target
Enter Name and Description
Enter Provider: SMS
Enter Address: The SMS number
Enabled: Checked
Click to save.
