BDOC stands for Business Document. It is a concept specific to the SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. BDOCs are used for handling business processes and data exchange within the CRM component of SAP.
Configuring bDoc for monitoring
In service grid navigate to the system where you want to enable bDoc monitoring and click the object menu of the system
In object menu click on “Retrievers”
Then click on object menu of “BDoc Errors” and “Activate”
We can view the monitored data by expanding the “BDocs” node of the system and then clicking on the graph icon
