Windows Service Configuration Manager Access

We need to grant the user Windows Service Configuration Manager Access.

  1. Run a Command Prompt as Administrator, andexecute the following command:

    sc sdset SCMANAGER D:(A;;CCLCRPRC;;;AU)(A;;CCLCRPWPRC;;;SY)(A;;KA;;;BA)S:(AU;FA;KA;;;WD)(AU;OIIOFA;GA;;;WD)
